Kylie Jenner’s Calabasas Mansion Listed For Sale At $4 million

The Kardashians are in the news again, but this time it is for a good course. Owner of the Calabasas Mansion which automatically makes her a teenage celebrity real estate developer, Kylie Jenner is showing other teenagers who think real estate is only for the adults the way to go.

DailyMail reports that the star of the internationally acclaimed Reality Show, Keeping Up With The Kardashians has listed her Calabasas mansion for $4 million.

This listing comes about a month after moving into her new $6 million home.

Features of the 4,800 square foot home include five bedrooms, a pool, large outdoor area and huge walk-in closets.

Kylie bought the property for $2.7 million in mid-2014.

Since then, she has made renovations, such as remodelling the bathroom in black and gold, and adding large murals of herself in her living room.

The 18-year-old’s property is reportedly already getting orders and should be off the market soon.
