The Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria (REDAN) has finalised arrangement to organise workshop for stakeholders in real estate sector in collaboration with the Center for Housing Studies, University of Lagos.
The 2-day event which is proudly supported by the Housing Programme on AIT Abuja and Housing Time on Raypower would be declared open by the Minister of Power, Works and Housing, Babatunde Fashola.
Other prominent personalities billed for the event are estate developers, State Government Ministries of lands and housing, Primary Mortgage Banks, Pension Managers, Building Materials Manufacturers, and Professionals in the Construction Industry.
A statement made available to Leadership Newspaper by the workshop marketing consultant, Barr. Festus Adebayo said the theme of the event, “Enhancing The Real Estate Value Chain for Increased Economic Growth, Inclusiveness And Employment Generation”, was targeted at exposing practitioners on the intricacies of real estate.
The event scheduled to take in Abuja from 9th-10th would also provide opportunities for key players to discover additional means of funding housing construction, enhancing the capacity and effectiveness of the housing development dynamics in Nigeria as well as the module to build affordable housing from a vantage position.
