Buhari is an ingrate for attacking Jonathan’s effort on Infrastructure – Reno Omokri

Reno Omokri, a former presidential media aide, says President Muhammadu Buhari is an ingrate for saying former President Goodluck Jonathan did nothing for infrastructure.

It was reported earlier that President Buhari blamed previous governments for the infrastructural challenges Nigeria is facing.

The President said this when he received the outgoing British High Commissioner to the country, Paul Arkwright, at the Presidential Villa in Abuja on Monday.

Buhari had said: “Our focus now is on infrastructure; roads, rail, power, and others.

“How I wish we had fixed all those when we had money. What we earned between 1999 and 2014 is on record, but nothing was done to infrastructure,” the President had said.

Apparently displeased with the President’s statement, Omokri took to the micro-blogging site, Twitter to question Buhari on some of the projects carried out by the Jonathan administration.

The former Presidential media aide, Reno Omokri tweeted: “.@MBuhari is an ingrate for saying Jonathan did nothing for infrastructure. Who built the only federal university in Buhari’s state? Who built the $1.4 billion Abuja-Kaduna railway? Who revived the railways? Who built the Total Radar Coverage of Nigeria (TRACON)”?
