The Chief Executive Officer, Triumphant Gate Properties, Mr. Peter Ubuwere, has described the real estate business in the country as challenging.
Ubuwere spoke during the allocation of 30 plots of land to one of its major subscribers to its Alexander Acres in Lekki in Lagos, C&I Co-operative Society.
He said Real estate business in Nigeria is challenging but it is growing gradually and we shall get there.
Ubuwere said the activity of land grabbers, popularly called Omo Oniles, who were not sincere but encroach on land duly purchased for their selfish reasons was a major problem.
He added that there are still good Omo Oniles, However, our job is to secure and add quality and value for investors’ satisfaction.
The Financial Secretary, C&I Cooperative Society, Mr. Abiodun Adetayo, said the partnership with Triumphant Gate was part of efforts to enrich members and provide housing schemes for them.
