Developers takes Eko Atlantic to Estate experts

The developers and city planners of Eko Atlantic city in Lagos have presented a specialized case study of the project to an audience of real estate experts and investors at MIPIM, the world’s leading property market that is held every year at Cannes, South of France.

Vice Chairman of South Energyx Nigeria Limited, Ronald Chagoury Jr. disclosed this to newsmen in Ikeja, Lagos Wednesday.

The four-day MIPIM event brings together the most influential players in all property sectors like office, residential, retail, healthcare, sport, logistics and industrial.

It offers access to the greatest number of development projects and sources of capital worldwide.

According to Chagoury Jr, while he was addressing the well-attended workshop session on real estate development in Sub-Saharan Africa, he let the audience know that Nigeria is now the continent’s largest economy.

In his words, “The key ingredients for success are being present, consistency and quality and it’s now time for international companies to take a much closer look at investment potential in Sub-Saharan Africa, especially Nigeria.”
