Ghana real estate fair to debut in Nigeria in December

All is now set for the first ever Ghana Property Show in Nigeria, with a delegation of over 15 leading Ghanaian real estate companies billed to showcase participate , and showcase high quality Ghanaian housing expertise. This is according to a report on Daily Times.

Expected at the fair scheduled to hold on 9th December, 2017, at the Federal Palace Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos are the Ghana High Commissioner in Nigeria and the counterpart Nigeria High Commissioner in Ghana, officials from the trade and investment ministries, the tourism board as well as industry experts.

The exhibition will feature, residential, commercial, retail, hotel/hospitality and industrial properties, with coverage areas spanning from Accra, Tema, Kumasi and other exciting locations across the country.

In a statement signed by Steve Ike, director BMJA services and made available to Daily Times Nigeria, the event organizers said that over 1000 investors have already been confirmed attendance of the event which is expected to facilitate direct link between participating companies and potential investors

The organizers pointed that, the Ghanaian property show in Nigeria is designed to showcase and market Ghana- based real estate investment opportunities, diverse Nigerian investors and none resident Ghanaian in the country. According to the statement, the fair was prompted by the robust Nigerian- Ghana trade and cultural relationship, which dated back to the pre-independence era.

Ike, in the statement, said that the property trade show was late in coming and timely now due to the overwhelming demand from the Nigerian investing community and none resident Ghanaians willing to invest in Ghana real estate. According to him, Ghana’ is one of the most attractive Africa’s property investment destinations for teeming real estate investors and the benefit of investing in the country’s sprawling real estate which are numerous include stable and rapidly growing economy, stable political climate and beneficial foreign investment climate.

Other benefits include, solid and favorable returns on investment, friendly people and environment, as well decent and improving basic infrastructures. The property show in Nigeria, according to the report, will feature general discussions on the general Ghanaian investment climate, real estate industry and related information on the people culture, education and other socio economic factors.
