This group was created to give us quick updates about Real Estate News, help improve our knowledge of the sector through informative articles, and still create an atmosphere of fun as much as possible. Please let the following rules guide our activities here.
#1: This is essentially a group where we share and discuss real estate news, articles ideas or other real estate related topics. We are not open to other things outside that bracket. We would like to keep it that way.

#2: There will be no cursing or the use of abusive words in this group. That includes words or any statement that the group admin deems inappropriate in nature.
#3: There are special days the Admin(s) have declared has #OpenDays to share briefs and promote your services. The session for #OpenDays starts from 6pm on Fridays till Sunday midnight. Therefore, do not advertise your business or any kind of unrelated service on this group outside the #OpenDays. Until such days, please stick to comments and reactions to information shared in this group.
#4: All opinions will be treated with mutual respect, unless they violate the aforementioned rules. Treat your fellow group members with that same respect.
#5: If a member personally attacks another member with words that are harmful, threatening or not in-line with our mutual respect policy, that member will receive a warning. If you refuse to heed warning, you will be taken out.
#6: Any attempt to promote business outside the #OpenDays that have been declared by the Admin(s) will be frowned upon. If it continues after that warning, you will be taken out.
#7: Do not post graphic or disturbing photos, videos and other media in this group. If you are not sure about the content that you want to post, private chat the admin(s)
#8: If someone mentions you by name please respond directly to that person. If the comment is inflammatory please report it to the group admin(s)
#9: Take your time before you post! This is a group. What goes up can never really come down. Respect the privacy of others, and be sure of your information before you post it.
