Real estate cooperative launches investment plan for kids

Bersama Cooperative, a real estate investment-based society has launched their investment plan for children.

Bersama kid/teens is a real estate plan which focuses on a structured savings for parents and guardians of children within the age range of 0-18 years. The initiative is specifically geared towards investing in properties on behalf of the children/wards before their 18th birthday.

The ownership rights of the properties purchased directly through the cooperative is vested in the children but administered by their parents until they are above 18.
