The Debo Adejana Real Estate Seminar holding this Saturday will be facilitated by two renowned Lawyers; Barrister Tomi Vincent and Barrister Tokunbo Phillips.

Barrister Tomi Vincent

BARRISTER TOMI VINCENT, is the Managing Partner of Ivory Solicitors. He is an expert in the Laws of Real Estate, and a long standing Legal Adviser to notable Ministries & Ministers both locally & internationally on the issues of Law & Ministry in Nigeria.

Barrister Tomi Vincent lectures in EDC of Pan Atlantic University.  He acts as the real estate counsel to a number of large ticket real estate transactions in the land.

He has authored several books and articles, one of which is “Registration of Ministries & NGOs in Nigeria”

Barrister Tokunbo Phillips

BARRISTER TOKUNBO PHILLIPS, is a Senior Attorney at Legal Oceans View. He is an expert in Civil Law, Industrial Law, and Government issues. Tokunbo Phillips cut his real estate law practice tooth under the tutelage of the late real estate law legal luminary G. O. K Ajayi for over 5years.

He has vast experience in all areas of real estate/property law cutting across individuals and corporate transactions with the notable omo-oniles and body corporates in the land. He has been practicing for 13 years.
