God bless you for this publication,. I have a case like this now, my land lord gave me a quit notice six months to expiration of my rentage d the funny thing is that, i entered the house may 20th, and by 1st novevember 2016 he gave me the said quit notice. Is it right or justifiable after the struggle and payments of agents and lawyer fee. Please i need your advice.
