Boko Haram destroys 13 houses, several other properties in Adamawa

Some members of the dreaded Boko Haram terrorist group were reported to have attacked and destroyed 13 houses in Kaya village, Madagali Local Government Area of Adamawa State.

According to the reports we got, the attack occurred at around 9:00 P.M, on Monday.

The military and vigilante group were reported to have repelled the attack, killing one member of the sect and inflicting injury on another.

The group was said to have destroyed 13 houses and carted away properties.

The Adamawa State Government, in a statement by the Commissioner for Information and Strategy, Ahmed Sajoh, said it commiserated with the victims of the attack and salutes the bravery and resilience of military and people of Madagali.

“The Adamawa State Government is working hard to ensure that immediate help reaches the wounded and other victims of the attack, Ahmed Sajoh said.
