Despite the economic downturn in the country, Tobykemsworth, a real estate developer has launched Honeywells Garden in Maryland, Lagos.
According to The Guardian, Honeywell’s Garden is conceived as an estate for medium and high-income earners and choice prototypes and building design.
Future house owners in the estate backed with the Governor’s consent and Certificate of Conveyance are left with different types of generic houses, which include 3 Bedroom executives flat, 4-bedroom terrace, and 4-bedroom semi detach and 5 bedrooms full detach duplexes.
There are also service plots measuring between 500 and 649 square metres respectively for subscribers.
Located at Onigbongbo-Wasimi area of Maryland in Ikeja Local council, the 26 hectares sized Garden is a few minutes drive to Sheraton and Protea Hotel and four minutes drive to Ikeja International Airport, The Guardian reports.
The Garden is a fully residential haven designed to provide affordable experience in a conducive and serene environment and is located along an approved federal road, linking it with Opebi, while the commercial plots are to link the road.
According to the Managing Director of TobyKemsworth, Mr. Adekunle Raphael, The Garden is also a well-developed area with banks, malls, fast –food centres, schools, parks and lots of attraction targeted towards the medium and upper class people in the society.
On completion, the Garden, he said would accommodate modern state of the art facilities.
The Guardian reports that Rafael, who formally launched the estate in Lagos on Friday, said Honeywells Garden Maryland was spurred by the stream of successes recorded by the company in its Orange Brick Homes Friday, Prominent Gardens.
