Talk show host Ellen DeGeneres and partner Portia de Rossi have made their next move in the real estate game.
This time, the couple sold their Beverly Hills penthouse for a paltry $843,900 – at least paltry compared to their other real estate transactions.
Only two weeks ago they listed their California ranch for $10.995 million before bumping up the price by $2 million. Last summer they sold their Beverly Hills compound for $37 million to Ryan Seacrest.
Looking through the listing’s pictures it seems the newly-sold Beverly Hills penthouse lacks the décor and style commonly seen in Ellen and Portia’s other homes.
The couple purchased the two-bedroom, two-bath, 1,683-square-foot corner condo in 2010 for $835,000 under the name of their business manager Harley J. Neuman, according to Redfin.
They first listed the 1985 condo last June for $899,000. The new owner will enjoy typical condo amenities including a doorman, valet parking, security, gym, pool, spa and club room.
