THE ‘SACK YOUR LANDLORD CONTEST’

Whether you like your landlord or not, it is time to get conscious of the fact that you must become a landlord yourself, and to do that, you need to first ‘SACK YOUR LANDLORD’.

Realty Point Limited, a real estate development, one of the very best in Nigeria, has recorded tremendous success in the industry, helping people sack their landlords in all the ten years they have existed as a company. In celebration of their tenth year anniversary, they have come up with what is tagged ‘The Sack Your Landlord Contest’. It is an essay competition where prizes such as Laptops, Tablets and Smartphones can be won.

HOW TO ENTER AND WIN

Write an essay of not more than 500 words, describing your BEST or WORST experience with a Landlord. Send your essay to media@realtypointltd.com.

Your essay should include your name, phone number and email contact.

Essays are to be submitted between Wednesday 6th May and Wednesday 20th May.

ESSAY RULES:

1. Essay must not be more than 500 words – 5 marks for complying

2. Essay does not need to reflect true names of the ‘Landlord’ in perspective – 5 marks for complying

3. Essay should be an original story, not copied from an already existing source – 10 marks for originality

4. Essay must be well written with good grammatical structure – 10 marks for good essay.

Total score from judges – 30 marks.

Now there is a slight change in the rules.

The articles will be marked by our judges and the best FIFTEEN (15) essays will then be shortlisted and published on Realty Point Limited’s facebook page and www.nigeriarealestatehub.com where they will be subjected to votes from the public starting from 22nd May 2015.

Each vote on www.nigeriarealestatehub.com counts for 5 points, while the likes on Realty Point Limited’s facebook account on each shortlisted post counts for 2 points.

Points from votes and points from judges will be collated and the top three articles will emerge winners of the contest after voting ends on the 28th of May, 2015.

Winners shall be announced on Friday, 29th May 2015.
