FHA Partners Firm On Abesan Housing Estate Scheme

The Federal Housing Authority (FHA) has appointed Messrs Nekonini Business and Properties Limited, as the sole marketer of its Abesan Housing Estate.

In a statement signed by Messrs Stanley Oparaocha, Head Business Development and Hayatudeen A. Awwal, Acting Managing Director, respectively, dated January 5, 2016, said the Messrs Nekonini has been performing to the satisfaction of FHA.

The Abesan estate in Alimosho local government, comprises six blocks of three bedroom flats, with 36 units, and a price tag of N14 million.

Speaking on the deal, Chairman, Nekonini Business and Properties Limited, Mr. Niran Akinsuyi, said the property is suitable for the comfort of middle-class families, who craved for convenience and privacy.

Amongst amenities are water and independent power supply, parking space, well lit neighbourhood and private security.

“The environment is conducive with the property stand among the best in the vicinity”, he said, urging the would-be subscribers to make on-the-spot assessment of the property.
