Former Miss Universe, Jennifer Hawkins sells Merewether investment property

Jennifer Hawkins has sold off another investment property, no doubt given the looming rebuild of her forever home on the Newport waterfront.

Hawkins has pocketed $731,000 for her three-bedroom house in the Newcastle beachside suburb of Merewether, sacrificing what records show was a weekly rental return of $530.

Hawkins had bought it eight years ago for $620,000.

The three-bedroom Merewether home sold for $731,000.

The former Miss Universe and her husband Jake Wall have plans before Pittwater Council for a new residence with a pool on the double waterfront block they bought in Newport last year for $4 million.

Hawkins and Wall also sold their Bondi investment spread last September for $1.2 million and their former North Curl Curl home for $4.1 million a few months earlier.
