Gov. Ugwuanyi flags off more road construction

In continuation of his mass road construc­tion in Enugu State, Governor

Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi has flagged-off five additional road constructions in the state amidst jubila­tion from the benefitting people of Enugu North Senatorial zone.

The latest of the road construction are Opi-Nsukka dual car­riage way, Obechara road junction, Umuakashi Mechanic Village, Ikenga Hotels Junction and the Post Office roundabout. Others are Odenigbo round about, Ogurugu road, Ikenga Hotels junction and the Enugu road, Nsukka junction – Umezebi – Nru junction – University gate all within the university town of Nsukka.

Others include Ohom Orba junction – Imilike Ani – Ezimo Uno – Ezimo Agu – Imilike Ogbodu Aba – Obollo Afor Roads, all designated as Udenu ring roads as they are located within Udenu council area and are linked one to the other.

In a speech before the flag-off in each area, Gov­ernor Ugwuanyi recalled his inauguration speech of 29th May 2015 which he said that the principal trust of his adminis­tration is the creation of more urban areas in the state, adding that the flag-off of the roads was in keeping with the promise.
