As the unending traffic gridlock on the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway bites hard on motorist, the situation seems to have deteriorated from just been traffic congestion to fear of the unknown. Miscreants have seized the opportunity of the logjam to unleash terror on the hapless motorist. The insecurity somewhat prevalent on the ever-busy road came to limelight again last Sunday.
