BERSAMA, an emerging investment co-op in Nigeria is calling for Partnership with Real Estate Entrepreneurs across Nigeria.

The BERSAMA Multipurpose Cooperative Society is recruiting partner organizations and enterprises to work together in a bid to expand to more states in Nigeria.

We seek leaders who can champion the BERSAMA movement across 16 cities of the Nigerian federation.

Are you self employed?

Are you currently engaged in sales and marketing?

Do you reside in any of the following cities in Nigeria: Ibadan, Abeokuta, Benin, Ilorin, Akure, Minna, Port Harcourt, Warri, Kano, Kaduna, Jos, Bauchi, Ekiti, Onitsha, Owerri and Gombe.

The BERSAMA project is an initiative of Realty Point Limited to offer an inlet for investors into the profitable world of real estate investment as well as also supporting the drive for home ownership by the average Nigerian.

We are working towards getting more Nigerians into real estate investments early with shared approach offered by a cooperative structure so more people can benefit from the juicy returns real estate investment offers. Also, we are positioned to contribute our own quota to resolving housing deficit in Nigeria, by making more Nigerians become home owners, faster and cheaper.

This call for partnership will be greatly beneficial to all our Associate Partners because they will enjoy sizeable financial remunerations for their efforts.

If you are willing to become a partner, here is our criteria for selection;

1. A prospecting partner must have an office space and/or space to hold training sessions with capacity to seat at least 20 persons at a time.

2. A working space for not more than two staff members that BERSAMA may recruit. You won’t be responsible for their salaries, BERSAMA will make provision for that if and when they are recruited.

3. You must be ready to run weekly recruitment sessions for agents and member acquisition in your facility.

4. Availability for an intense 2-day training at our head office in Lagos.
