Jubilee Life Mortgage Bank Limited unfolds home ownership scheme

One of the leading national mortgage institutions in the country, Jubilee Life Mortgage Bank Limited, has announced that Kings Court II Abesan Estate project in Lagos is undergoing finishing touches.

The construction work on the project commenced a couple of months ago, being financed by the bank. It comprises blocks of six units of three bedroom flats with all rooms en suite.

The multi-million naira project is located at Willie Desanya Crescent, Abesan Estate, Ipaja, which according to the company, is one of the most modern and best-finished lifestyle residential estate in Lagos Mainland.

The Executive Director of Jubilee Life Mortgage Bank Limited, Mr. Remi Olatunbode, explained that the company is developing the estate with the company’s strategic plan to enhance functional and peaceful territory that will meet the people’s hunger for good life. “Jubilee Life Mortgage Bank has completed the Kings Court II Estate Project, which have been designed, built, and crafted with purpose. The estate is expected to foster community relationship setting where each homeowner will have a beneficial relationship with neighbours,” Olatunbode noted.

Olatunbode said the company would ensure that the estate structure keeps to its original plan. That is why an in-house facilities maintenance management plan is being put in place.
