Messrs Kdscope International Limited has unveiled an energy efficient office complex suitable for high net-worth investors and multinational organizations in Lekki axis, Lagos.
The building of the future, which is constructed to a standard of international specifications consists of two wings of office spaces being partitioned with galvanized channels on four-floors. Sitting on a land area of about 922.953 square meters and a lettable space of about 1,200 square meters, the complex is serviced by an eight-passenger lift system, fire alarm detectors and automated sprinkler system, generous parking lots of about 16 cars and facilities conducive for business meetings, conferences and trainings.

In addition, and especially bearing in mind the recent tariff increase approved by the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC), the project harvests the tropical sun through a series of carefully-placed solar panels on the roof level orientated towards the east-west axis, with a capacity to deliver 40kVa of electricity, projected to power all facilities in the building except its air-conditioning and elevator systems.
Ostensibly designed for high-profiled requests and for class, the complex is also equipped with closed circuit TV, water treatment plant, paved compound, flood-lights and 24-hour security. The reception area is well designed to accommodate several conveniences, waiting room and a fitted kitchen.
