Kano Electricity Distribution Company (KEDCO) has assured customers in Kano, Katsina and Jigawa States, its franchised areas of better service delivery in this year.
According to the New Telegraph, the regional Managers of Kano Central and Kano Industrial Region, Abubakar Jimeta and Awwalu Yushau Muhammad respectively gave the assurance in Kano based on the 2017 Business Plan of Kano Electricity Distribution Company (KEDCO).
A statement by spokesman of the electricity company, Mohammed Kandi, noted that the assurance was given by the duo at separate Business Reviews, organised by the regional offices to measure the corporate performance and strengthen revenue drive, as well as aligning the workers with the company’s overall Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
The Kano Industrial Regional Manager, Awwalu Muhammad disclosed that KEDCO customers would witness positive changes in the overall operation of the company, siting the management’s decision to penalise any form of laxity on the part of the members of staff, New Telegraph.
