Kylie Jenner recently turned 19 years old in a $50M rental property, known as the Pearls of Long Bay Estate. The teenage reality TV celebrity is notable for her real estate investments

According to DailyMail, this estate is a six-acre compound, located on the Turks and Caicos Islands, which is a British Overseas Territory.

This estate, rented through Airbnb, has three huge side-by-side properties, Pearl East, Pearl West and the Lidija House, with a total of 23 bedrooms.

Features include over eight bathrooms, landscaped gardens, two private pools, per villa, a tennis court, 1,000 square foot gym, waterfall, Turkish steam room, sauna, massage room, a fire pit, and access to the stunning beach.

Kylie Jenner, the birthday girl, stayed in the Pearl West villa, while her older sister, Kendall, had the Lidija House, which is the biggest.

Both shared pictures of their stay in the luxury property on social media.

The 35,000 square feet property also came with a personal chef and butler.
