Meet the Speaker For The Debo Adejana Real Estate Seminar

For those of us who are not yet in tune with the Debo Adejana Real Estate Seminar, the last edition for 2016 is holding in November. As usual, this promises to be educative, insightful and impact-driven. Here is introducing the speaker for the seminar;

Temitope Adegbonmire is a man of repute and a major player in the Nigerian Real Estate Sector. Adebonmire holds a Masters Degree in Project Management (MPM) and another in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Lagos, Akoka, and Business School Netherlands (BSN), respectively.

These were after he had bagged a First Class Honors, Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech.) Degree in Estate Management from Federal University of Technology, Minna, – a feat only accomplished by few men.

Adegbonmire also has a Higher National Diploma (HND) and Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in Quantity Surveying from Yaba College of Technology, Yaba, Lagos.

Our speaker is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS), the African Real Estate Society (FAFRES) and Fellow of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors &Valuers (FNIVS). He is also a member of Project Management Institute (MPMI), USA, Urban Land Institute, USA, Nigerian Institute of Management (MNIM), International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI).

Adegbonmire is a registered Estate Surveyor &Valuer (RSV) with Estate Surveyors &Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria.

To cap it all, he was the best candidate at the 1998 Direct Final professional exams of NIESV and best graduating student at the Department of Estate Management, School of Environmental Studies, Federal University of Technology, Minna, Nigeria.

Adegbonmire has attended several management and leadership courses both within and outside Nigeria, including Senior Management Programme of Lagos Business School (LBS), Lagos and Real Estate Management Program of the prestigious Harvard Business School (HBS), USA.

He has also worked with big corporations and private companies in Nigeria with experience spanning over 25 years in real estate development, project management, real estate finance, agency, mortgage, consulting, marketing & sales, facilities management, trainings etc.

Adegbonmire is a member of Ikoyi Club of 1938, and is happily married to Opeyemi. Their Marriage is blessed with Children.
