Although he isn’t much of a public figure, he’s featuring on this list because his home has been dubbed the ‘The most luxurious mansion in Nigeria. The people who have given it this accolade aren’t far off the mark all.

This building has the most original and exquisite design of all houses on this list so far. More than 4 years was spent on its construction. The cost of this house is estimated at about 10 million dollars. That is, 20 million lesser than the ‘valuation’ of Dangote’s home, but still quite impressive.

It has indoor swimming pools and elevators. The elevator looks like a transparent tube on which the cabin moves between 1st and 4th floors. Usually, such constructions are installed in office buildings, shopping complexes.

The owner uses a garage with an unusual design, and of course it holds many expensive cars.

When you look at the round window it seems like you are on board of a ship. The floor of the house has TV screens; this is a very creative, unusual design made with very strong glass so no one should be afraid that the equipment will be damaged under their feet.

The atmosphere is complemented by decorative palm trees.

According to report, Femi Otedola has a luxurious mansion in Ikoyi, Lagos. This is noted as his official residence home. Forbes also confirmed that he has some properties in the United States, United Kingdom, France and Monaco.

While looking for houses for sale in Ikoyi, Mr. Otedola found the most visually striking and comfortable one. On the outside, the house instantly attracts anyone’s attention thanks to its unusual circular design and snow-white coloring. The house is protected by heavy gates since Femi Otedola is concerned about the safety of his family.
